We keep your account information, gameplay data, step data, and friend connections for as long as your account remains active.

 

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account in the app. When you do, your account and all data associated with it are deleted from our database immediately — your profile, pets, furniture, hats and designs, step and goal history, coin and button history, purchases, and gifts. We do not keep a copy.

 

Records of purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are held by Apple, Google, and our payment processor under their own retention policies, which we do not control.​

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:
